Mailbox Monday is a gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week and explore great book blogs.

Here's what I bought and received from The Book Depository:

1) 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami (Can't wait to dive into this! I know it'll take me a long while to finish reading it since it's a chunkster!)

2) Bunheads by Sophie Flack

What books came into your house last week?

It's wonderful that you received 1Q84. I'm just ending Book 2 and lamenting the lack of time (as in work tomorrow) so that I won't be able to get into Book 3 tonight. There's never enough time! I'm looking forward to hearing what you think of it; it's a little different than what I'm used to from Murakami, but still has the wonderful dream-like layers.

  8. It took me a while to figure out what was on the cover of that second book (which I'd never heard of before). Hope you enjoy both of your new reads!

  9. Alice Says:

I'm really interested in the Murakami one. :D

  10. What are "Bunheads"? I'm intrigued and will go investigate.
