How exciting about a trip package to London! Always love to visit that place someday :)
The cover of THE WHITE QUEEN look pretty! How many pages are in it?
It is always advisable to get new books. :) And of course we understand if you are busy and can't comment!
Wow…what awesome books, most look YA to me, I love YA. I'll look forward to your review all, especially Meredian.
Great books, Melody! I added Immortal to my wishlist. Thanks for sharing and happy reading! I am looking forward to your reviews!
Julia - Buying books are as satisfying as reading them, but I'm sure you know all about it, don't you? :P
There're about 432 pgs for The White Queen.
Amy - And I've to blame you ladies for all those great recommendations!! :D
Violet - Yes, I bought a lot of YA books lately! What can I say? They're addictive!! :P
Andreea - I'm glad you've Immortal onto your wishlist! I think a girl at the bookstore was giving me an evil look when I snapped the last copy off the shelf! :P
It is physically impossible to walk into a book store and not buy something. I get frustrated with my son when he always has to buy a video game at the video game store, but then realized that it is very similar to my problem with books! You got Forever! I would love to re-read that book. It made a huge impression on me in my youth!
goodness, my heart leaped when I saw a TRIP TO LONDON?!??! hmmmm - how aweseome would THAT be.
My husband is dismayed by the growth rate of my tbr stack this last year, too. Frankly, so am I.
Wow, that's a great contest. I won't be entering because I'm close enough to London anyway but I'm excited for the winner :-D
You got a great selection of books there. Ooh, Judy Blume! That takes me back. :-D
Wow great list of new books. I can totally understand about the husband shaking his head at even more books entering the house. My hubby does the same thing.
I like the Judy Blume cover. Enjoy your new books, Melody! My study room floor is now flooded with books with limited space to walk. Help...
Oh you had a fun day! I read The Girls by Lori Lansens a couple of years ago and it was such a good book. One of my favorites. I really need to read more by her so will be looking forward to your review of this book. I hope it's just as wonderful.
You got lots of great finds! Have fun this weekend organizing them :)
Hi Melody! Sorry I've been MIA. Have you read The Girls by Lori Lansens? I loved it. I haven't read Rush Home Road, but am eager to hear what you think. Have a great weekend.
LOVE Judy Blume! I haven't read Forever, though. Let us know how it is!
Sounds like a great way to spend a day, Melody! I hope you enjoy your new books. Looks like you have quite a few good ones there.
Sandy - I don't remember walking out of a bookstore empty-handed! I know it's weird, but I just have to buy something! :P I can't wait to read Judy Blume's Forever. I heard it created a controversy when it was first released!
Care - We all know what it is like to add books to our TBR pile! :P It's a never-ending cycle, haha.
Ceri - I'd love to visit London (or Europe) if there's a chance!!
Betty - Thank you for your comment! I hope you'll visit often. :)
Serena - LOL.
Alice - I guess we all need help when it comes to our book buying, LOL!
Iliana, Kristy - I've The Girls in my pile and I haven't read it! I've heard a lot of good reviews about that book so I can't wait to read it. So many books, so little time!! :P
Lauren - I sure will! :D
Wendy - I always go book shopping whenever I need a break! :P
