1. I'm happy, I'm excited, I cannot wait for the weekend to come.

2. Why do I have the passion for books and not audiobooks, I do not understand why.

3. How does this blogging platform work, anyway? (I meant it in technical terms)

4. Every morning, I put jam, peanut butter or cheese on my bread for breakfast, depending on my mood (or tastebud) for that day.

5. I consider myself lucky because I still have a job and a wonderful family.

6. One day we’ll see about visiting my best friend in the U.S. and touring around Europe.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to reading a new novel, tomorrow my plans include visiting the paediatrician (a routine check-up for my little one) and Sunday, I want to do household chores and spend time with my family!

Lucky indeed. I hear it from every corner that more and more people are losing their jobs.

Oh I think there's nothing like a good audiobook but I'm odd in the fact that I actually get the book, book too and just let it read to me lol. Very good Fill-in!!!

  7. Yvonne Says:

I listen to audio books, but I much prefer print books.

    Have a great weekend!

    Have a great weekend..

  10. Like you, I can never ever get into audiobooks! My mind just ends up wandering to other things.

After a long road trip, the car rental agency called to let me know that I'd left an expensive set of audiobooks in the car. I told her to consider it a gift!

On the other hand....I love, love, love talk radio!

I have a hard time getting into audio books too although I think they are a great idea, especially for a long drive. My mind tends to wander and then I have to rewind all of the time! Great blog!

I too like audio books, although I only discovered this 7 or 8 years ago. My 19 year old won't hear of it though, she thinks it's just wrong to listen to a book when you could read it.

  15. I'm listening to my second audiobook (ever) right now and find that I'm zoning out a lot. But with being in the car 2 hours a day, it beats listening to commercials on the radio!!

  16. Andrea Says:

I agree about audio books...my mind tends to wander and then I realize several minutes later that I haven't been paying any attention!

  17. I am so glad I have a good job and a wonderful family too, Melody. A definite blessing!

I hope you have a great weekend. I hope the doctor's visit goes well tomorrow for your daughter.
