This is one of the memes I enjoy doing because the answer changes no matter how many times you play, and moreover it is always fun to read what other readers are reading at the moment.

I am currently reading Death's Door by Quintin Jardin. The sixth, seventh and eighth sentences are:

"If he had sported a small moustache, Mackie thought, he might have been taken for the television incarnation of Hercule Poirot. That image vanished in the instant that his gaze fell on the police officer. There was none of David Suchet's charm and bonhomie, only a cold, hard stare, full of rage."
