1. I always wanted to be a scientist when I was younger.
2. I really hate it when people treat/abuse the animals as if they are non-living things.
3. My best friend is living in the U.S.; however this doesn't keep us apart as we always keep each other in touch via snail mails and emails.
4. In high school I was a librarian, thus I got the privilege of borrowing two books instead of one.
5. My greatest fear is losing my loved ones.
6. My dream job is to enjoy what I'm doing and will never get tired of it, ever.
7. Some people really should practice some hygiene whenever they visit the public restroom.
8. My favorite author is Mo Hayder, and I always look forward to all her new releases.

Nasty restrooms are an extreme pet peeve of mine, too. It is usually the same places that are dirty. Then of course there are the people and habits that one gets to witness.a

Your #2 resonates deeply with me. We rescued our dog, a sweet miniature schnauzer, from an abusive home where he spent 18 hours a day in a cage and was punished when he inevitably peed in it. He's the most incredibly kind animal we've ever known, and it freaks me out that anyone would treat him with anything less than total, unadulterated love.
He's sitting by my feet as I type this. He stays very close while I work, and I can't imagine our family without him. People who don't get that truly do sadden me.

Carmi - Thank you for visiting! :) There are so many times that I read from the papers that people abuse the cats/dogs to the extent some of them died from the result really angers me! If only these people will treat them nicely... this world will be so much different! I'm glad to hear your dog has found a kind and loving owner in you. :)
